Service Description
Our photo studio is a minimal, self-serve space designed for photographers and creatives who already have their own gear. Your booking includes access to the space and a backdrop (white or black, subject to availability). Lighting and additional backdrops are available upon request but not included in the base rate. Please note: No equipment is provided on-site. Just bring your vision — and your camera.
Cancellation Policy
Important Scheduling Note: Bookings are available only between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. While the system may show availability for blocks longer than 6 PM (e.g., an 8-hour booking starting at 10:00 AM may show as 10 AM–6 PM), all sessions must end by 6:00 PM, regardless of start time. This is due to staff availability and building access restrictions. Please plan your session accordingly. General Booking & Space Use Policy By booking any service at The Doris Den, you agree to the following policies: • Access Hours: All bookings must take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. While the booking system may show availability beyond these hours (e.g., an 8-hour block starting at 10 AM), all sessions must end by 6:00 PM. This is due to staff availability and building access limitations. • Staff Assistance: A Doris Den team member will always be on-site during operating hours to welcome you and provide basic assistance. However, we do not provide technical support for external equipment or software. • Space Use: Bookings include only the amenities listed in the service description. If you need additional items (like lighting, backdrops, etc.), please request them in advance. Only the listed background is included with Photo Studio bookings. • Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Missed appointments may result in forfeiting the session without refund. • Respect & Cleanliness: Please treat the space with care and leave it in the condition you found it. Misuse of the space or equipment may result in additional charges or restricted access to future bookings. • Noise & Conduct: Respect others using the space. The Doris Den is a shared creative environment — please help us maintain a focused, collaborative atmosphere.
